Total Specific Solutions (“TSS”) has acquired Cindercone, a software company specializing in ERP integration for eCommerce, logistics, supply chain, and trading platforms. This acquisition marks the 10th company to join TSS in the United Kingdom and Ireland region.

Cindercone’s solution, Magma, is a flexible integration product designed to synchronize data flows between ERPs and other business-critical systems. While Magma integrates with all ERP platforms, it has particular depth with Sage and SAP. The platform also connects seamlessly with third-party services, including eCommerce and trading platforms, warehouse management systems (WMS), couriers, CRMs, and supports Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). Magma eliminates time-consuming manual data entry and the complexity of multiple point-to-point connections, both of which are more prone to error, ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of e-commerce fulfillment and business operations across multiple systems.

Jurriaan Piek, General Manager at TSS: “We’re very pleased to welcome Cindercone into the TSS ecosystem. The company offers its clients an integration platform, which helps them significantly enhance their efficiency. Cindercone’s Magma enables ERPs to collaborate with sales platforms such as eCommerce, marketplace, Electronic Data Integrations, and with sales fulfillment platforms such as logistics, drop shipping, and couriers. As this is a technical tool designed to achieve far-reaching business results, Cindercone also offers the expertise to perform the on-site configurations that are needed to integrate all systems. It is a unique B2B software tool that complements our existing software companies in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Just like our existing businesses, Sicon Ltd. and Waer Systems, Cindercone focuses on the same vertical, but each company has its tailored approach for slightly different market segments.
Portfolio Manager Pascal Bakker will work closely with Directors Martin Hepworth and Nick Claydon, as well as the wider team, introducing them to TSS and sharing our best practices.

Martin Hepworth, co-founder and Managing Director at Cindercone: “We are ready to enter the next phase of our journey as an independent company of TSS. The TSS perpetual ownership philosophy -buy once and hold forever- truly appealed to us when we were planning our next steps. We have achieved good commercial results over the years as our revenue has grown, along with our reputation. Our clients, partners, and employees value our brand and what that represents. And now we are part of TSS, which will be the foundation for our next growth phase. Maintaining our company identity shows our commitment to moving forward and providing continuity.
Nick, I, and the entire team look forward to sharing our expertise and best practices with existing TSS companies and gaining new insights and inspiration from the TSS UK team and beyond.”

Nick Claydon, co-founder and Director at Cindercone: “In 2002, we developed the Magma solution to help businesses connect their systems with those of their partners, allowing them to collaborate. Over time, the technologies we use have evolved, but the underlying principles remain the same. Only by having business systems communicate effectively can businesses become more efficient. By joining this leading software group, Cindercone can further dedicate itself to its vision of becoming the go-to integration partner for the ERP markets we serve. TSS believes in growth via sharing best practices. Through TSS, we now have access to this knowledge and the vast number of colleagues who provide new insights.
The team, Martin, and I are looking forward to being part of this ecosystem, working closely together with Pascal Bakker, and contributing our knowledge. Cindercone is ready for the future.
