Total Specific Solutions ("TSS") has acquired the German vertical market software (VMS) company MeData EDV-Systeme GmbH ("MeData"). MeData provides software solutions for the transportation industry, with a focus on the German and international sectors of fuel, industrial gas, and oxygen transportation. It is the fourth acquisition by TSS in the DACH region this year.
MeData develops and operates Transportation Management Systems (TMS) for businesses across various industries, ensuring that vital goods arrive quickly, punctually, and safely at their destinations throughout Europe. Margo is their cloud-based TMS solution for energy, gases, chemicals, and liquids, enabling clients to centrally organize and evaluate their operations, from order to fleet management. MTMx is an Android app that allows drivers to connect with Margo, guiding them through the departure checks, loading, delivery to customers, and other activities. The AI-driven KIRA product enables physical documents to be converted for use in digital process chains without cross-system interfaces.
