Total Specific Solutions ("TSS") has acquired Cyberjet, a French software solution provider specializing in Air Transport Information Systems. Cyberjet is our first company active in the aviation vertical in France and the second within TSS following the acquisition of B. Rekencentra in Belgium in 2024. With this acquisition, Groupe TSS, our division in the French-speaking region, now consists of 21 independent software companies.
Cyberjet provides information systems for the air transport industry, including software solutions for operations, crew management, training management, and communications. Cyberjet has developed several specialized software applications for airlines, pilots, and ground crews to manage operations and communications. This includes Skyops, one of Cyberjet's first applications, and many Jedsched modules, each dedicated to a specific activity within the airline industry. The other area their software focuses on is crew management, and the Skycrew solution has been developed for planning and training crews.
