Total Specific Solutions has acquired Desyde, a software solutions provider for the Dutch Local Government vertical. Desyde offers a platform for municipalities to manage parking permits, as well as parking actions and payments for inhabitants. With this acquisition, TSS strengthens and extends its portfolio in the local government market.
Permit Suite is a complete solution for issuing and managing parking permits, exemptions, and other parking products. It enables efficiency and regulation, and provides real-time monitoring and analytics, helping local governments optimize their parking management. For citizens with limited digital skills, Desyde offers an interactive voice response system that allows them to arrange their parking matters by phone. Desyde also has a trading platform for the flower bulb industry that focuses on coordinating supply and demand. The system also offers EDI communication and automatic invoicing. To complement all products, the company provides additional services.
