Total Specific Solutions ("TSS") has acquired Operis, a specialist in digital solutions for local authorities. With this acquisition, Groupe TSS adds urban planning, a new specialization, to its portfolio for the local government vertical in France. Operis is the 22nd company to join our group in the French-speaking region.
Operis offers urban planning authorization management tools designed for instructors and directors, supporting daily management of urban planning and land files while providing regulatory compliance guidance. This includes a digital planning permit portal that enables fully paperless processing of planning permissions. The portal is a modular solution that serves all stakeholders (citizens, professionals, permitting authorities, and consulting services).
