Total Specific Solutions ("TSS") has acquired iSOFT Nederland B.V. ("iSOFT") and ExpertDoc B.V. from Dedalus, a leading provider of healthcare and diagnostic software in Europe. With the acquisition of both software companies, TSS strengthens and extends its portfolio in the healthcare market.
iSOFT’s solution, MicroHIS, is a complete General Practitioner Information System that provides quality patient care and highly efficient workflows for General Practitioners and their staff. Furthermore, ISOFT specializes in interoperability standards and the exchange of information between healthcare providers, especially hospitals and primary care providers. The second company, ExpertDoc, has a software solution that adds value to healthcare professionals in all care institutions by providing medical decision support. Expertdoc combines patient data with medical knowledge from guidelines and protocols.
