PT Realta Chakradarma, a well-known software provider, is the first company to join Total Specific Solutions ("TSS") in Indonesia. PT Realta Chakradarma’s (“Realta”) primary software product is a leading solution in the hospitality industry, focusing on hotels, specifically the high-end segment and hotel chains. This acquisition marks a milestone in expanding the geographical presence of TSS within the Asian continent.
Rhapsody Hotel software solution covers all aspects of the business, including all front-end (reservations, sales, housekeeping, check-in and out, etc.), operational (HR, finances, accounts), and logistical functionalities (purchasing, inventory, cost control). Rhapsody allows clients to manage and monitor single— and multi-brand enterprises in the hospitality industry. Realta has dedicated solutions for golf courses (Rhapsody Golf), property and tenancy management (Bimasakti), an HR information system for industry and large manufacturers (SIAP+P), and the financial and public sector (ITSM).
