Total Specific Solutions ("TSS") has acquired Dot.Cy, its first software company in Cyprus, with offices in Greece and the United Arab Emirates. Dot.Cy is active primarily in the hospitality and leisure industry and is also engaged with key enterprise clients.
dot.Hospitality is an all-inclusive, AI-powered hospitality solution designed to digitally transform operations in luxury hotels, enhancing services, productivity, and guest satisfaction. By eliminating data silos and fragmented processes, it connects departments into a globally centralized system. dot.Ticketing is an innovative, comprehensive solution for cultural, leisure, and entertainment organizations. It combines the capabilities of CRM and ticketing systems in a unified platform, offering a flexible and adaptable digital environment.
