2024 was another successful year for TSS as 22 new software companies joined our TSS operating group. We further strengthened our foothold in many European countries where we have been active, with multiple companies joining us in various countries as specified in the overview below. Additionally, we made the first steps in expanding outside Europe with our first Asian acquisition.
Further European expansion
Through our acquisition of Dot.Cy, a Cypriot VMS company active in the hospitality/leisure industry, we entered the Cypriot, Greek and United Arab Emirates markets. Dot.Cy, a leading company in its industry, has given us offices in three new countries further strengthening our presence in Europe and beyond.
We extended our reach in the Baltics through two acquisitions by Sygnity, our Polish Group. Edrana Baltic, offering IT solutions for businesses, budgets, and public sector institutions, is the first Lithuanian company to join us. Sygnity also acquired Sagra, a Polish software company with clients in multiple European and African countries.
Asian expansion
We are proud to have closed our first transaction on the Asian continent by acquiring PT Realta Chakradarma. This acquisition in Indonesia marks the start of further expansion into the Asian software market. Indonesia is the fourth largest country in the world by population - 345 million+ inhabitants – and, like most Asian countries, has a prospering IT sector. Realta is a well-established VMS company with a solid reputation that provides a good foundation for building a strong local-for-local platform in the region. The family company, founded in 1983, is now run by the second generation, with Rizaldi Sistiabudi as Managing Director and his brother Rheza, who have an in-depth understanding of the Indonesian and Far-East software market. 2024 Acquistions
