Total Specific Solutions (“TSS”) has acquired its first lighting-specific productivity software company for the designer and manufacturing market. It is the ninth company to join TSS in the UK & Ireland region.
Lighting Reality's core product, LR PRO, is a user-friendly and intuitive software application that allows lighting designers to quickly create street and outdoor area lighting plans complying with industry standards (in Europe, North America and Oceania) in real time. LR Studio, the next generation, online version of LR PRO is being rolled out in 2025, and LR Spektd is an architectural lighting specification platform. Both are created to provide productivity gains for designers and manufacturers. Lighting Reality has two more products for manufacturers: LR Selector, a white-labeled quick calculation and optimization tool, and LR Nexus (a suite of lighting-specific data management and exploitation tools).
