Total Specific Solutions (“TSS”) has acquired the German vertical market software (VMS) company EasyTec Software, which has software solutions for the German construction vertical, particularly for tradesmen. This is the third acquisition by TSS DACH this year.
EasyTec Software GmbH has developed a full suite of business solutions for tradesmen with tailor-made modules and solutions for, a.o. ancillary building trade damage restoration specialist, and Technical Facility Management sectors. It is a modular solution with corresponding mobile apps that helps SMEs by delivering software that covers the entire process flow from enquiry to final billing. It also enables clients to communicate with their technicians through their mobile devices, allowing them to record materials, working hours, and reports, thereby achieving 100% paperless operations.
