Total Specific Solutions (‘TSS’) is the new owner of the software companies Techxx and Bright Answers that provide front-office solutions and Document Management Systems to the social housing vertical. With this acquisition, TSS further expands its portfolio in this vertical.
Techxx and Bright Answers are two independent companies that entered into a strategic cooperation and provide a comprehensive solution to the social housing sector. From the ‘KlantVenster’ whereby housing associations can offer and process their products digitally, to the AppBuilder whereby they can easily and rapidly develop apps, to websites, portals and intranet sites. They also develop websites and online portals for public organizations.
Rob van der Salm, General Manager at TSS: “Total Specific Solutions already has in-depth knowledge of the social housing market through its software companies Itris, NCCW, and Qonsio. Techxx and Bright Answers supply additional services with which some of our customers are already familiar. The acquisitions will enable us to better meet our clients’ internal IT needs and the services to their clients by offering them high quality and completely integrated portals, apps, and DMS. By joining TSS, Techxx and Bright Answers will have access to our best practices in running successful VMS companies.
