First edition of the TSS Deutschland Event - 5 to 6 October in Metzingen

TSS Deutschland has grown to 7 companies in recent years. And this October was the first opportunity to get to know each other in person after months of digital contact only.

We had many interesting speakers at the event. First, Jasper Bollen, General Manager for the DACH region, opened the event with a personal insight into how the German chapter began for TSS and what the goals are. Then, Ramon Zanders, our Group CEO, talked about his life in the dynamic world of TSS – from being the Managing Director of Yonder, the software development company, to CEO of TSS. And our M&A Manager Alexander Brendecke gave an overview of the M&A activities in the DACH region.

There were several German companies present that had joined in 2020 and 2021. And they especially found the insights shared by Jens Buchloh, founder and managing director of ergovia in Kiel, Maria Yankulina, and Dennis Coort (prohandel) about the first years as part of TSS very inspiring. Our final presenter was guest speaker Bert Helbig who gave a motivating speech on Customer Intimacy, one of the core values of all TSS companies. Special thanks go to our organizers Andreas Nau, Friedhelm Seiler, and the colleagues from easySoft, who let us use their location in Metzingen as a conference venue and provided an excellent supporting program.

This was the first edition of the TSS Deutschland Event that we will be hosting annually. Each year we will use the opportunity to strengthen the network within the Group because even if each company provides industry-specific solutions for its customers, everyone can benefit from the best practices exchange. And we are looking forward to having more companies and employees join TSS Deutschland over the coming years.
