Total Specific Solutions ("TSS") has acquired the Norwegian software company Hi Tech Mobility AS ("Hi!"), a parking management solution provider. This is TSS' first acquisition in Norway and the first parking solution in our mobility vertical. Hi! is the 17th acquisition for TSS in the Nordics.
Hi! offers a parking management system, Sesam, that easily integrates into existing infrastructure. The solution handles vehicle identification, payments, and analytics all in one easy-to-use system. Hi! enables end-users to drive in, park, and drive out without interacting with barriers, ticket booths, or payment systems and never need to fear a parking fine. Hi! offers its own payment app and seamlessly integrates with a wide range of alternative payment solutions, such as third-party apps, automatic invoicing, online payments, or kiosks.

The team at Hi Tech Mobility has been developing and optimizing mobility solutions for tolling, ferries, and parking management since 2004. This laid the groundwork for developing smart mobility solutions such as Sesam, a parking management system that supplies hassle-free parking for vehicles, as well as allowing people with valid agreements to move freely in and out of the facilities, plus taking care of all the payment and backend needs.
