Total Specific Solutions (“TSS”) has acquired Aviva Voice (“Aviva”), a Spanish software vendor providing a communication solution for large corporations to interact with their customers. Aviva is the 8th company to join TSS in Spain and is our first Spanish company active in the communication and certification/digital signature industry.
Aviva supports over 100 million transactions (mass communications and VAS; Value Added Services). The platform is fully registered and licensed, allowing clients to perform such legally binding processes as hiring and contracting and even debt recovery using the SMS, email, and WhatsApp services of Aviva. This means that, for example, utility companies can send new contracts to (new) clients, who can accept these via the platform, requiring no further signatures or other legal procedures. The service even extends to nomadic messaging services, meaning that clients can make calls and send SMS from a single number across any digital platform, simplifying the entire process.

Aviva Voice develops a platform that allows the massive sending of SMS, email, or WhatsApp communications (Application to Person or “A2P”), and they are certified for legally binding purposes (Value Added Services), with a strong focus on the Finance and Utilities verticals. The company is a registered operator by the Spanish National Markets and Competition Commission (CNMC). This license allows them to certify the content and delivery of SMS and emails sent from the AVIVA platform, extended to nomadic messaging services. Aviva is registered as a Trusted Third Party and holds eIDAS Qualified Time Stamping certification. It also holds ISO 27001 certification for the security of the information managed and the Trusted Third Party. Aviva Voice was founded in 2005 and is based in Madrid.
