Divide becomes part of the Total Specific Solutions Retail group

Total Specific Solutions (“TSS”) has acquired the entire interest of the joint venture partner of Divide, thereby making it a fully owned company of TSS in the retail vertical. Through the acquisition of the remaining shares of Divide, the TSS retail vertical, with ACA and Prohandel, now has an omnichannel software proposition for the national and international fashion market.

Divide is the market leader in the Netherlands for e-commerce solutions targeting the fashion industry (fashion, shoes, and sports.) With its e-commerce platform Divide.NOW the company enables retail organizations to transform and integrate physical stores with digital channels. The international .NET framework Divide.NOW is scalable and can be connected to a larger IT landscape where omnichannel and service-oriented architecture are central.

Now we can offer our clients an all-round omnichannel solution. Divide.NOW is an international platform which means new possibilities for our recent purchase of prohandel, a fashion retail software company in Germany. Stephan Bliek, the current Director of Divide, will remain as Managing Director and he will now get access to the best practices of TSS and CSI.”

We will remain in our office in Zoetermeer and become an independent Business Unit within the TSS fashion retail vertical.”
